  • Minced garlic 2-3 gloves
  • Oil 20g
  • Salad, Tomato & Onion (cut and decorate on a plate)

Cooking Steps

  • Heat the oil in a wok or pan
  • Add the garlic and stir until it turns a bit brown
  • Place the beef and fry for 1-2min
  • Add ‘”AJINOMOTO® Oyster Sauce” and mix well
  • Add ½ cup of water and keep frying for a few minutes more, until the meat cook
  • Place Beef Lok Lak on the vegetable-decorated plate and serve
  • Note: For tender meat, marinate the beef with ½ sachet of AJINOMOTO Oyster Sauce and keep it for 5min-10min. After that, put the remaining oyster sauce ½ sachet during frying.
